All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number will be sent to you.
We offer fast and free delivery across the UAE, with orders typically arriving within 3 to 4 business days. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please note that occasional delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues.
When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the courier system.
Currently, we deliver only within the United Arab Emirates. If you’re located outside the UAE and are interested in our products, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

At Style Splashez, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at chnayab01@gmail.com. All returns must be approved before being sent to our return address. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

For EU customers, if your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it—no questions asked. The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags and proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
